Shiva Turlapati is one of the finest Bollywood Dancer/Choreographer in Atlanta with 15 years of experience in dance industry. It was his hobby that turned him into one of the best dancer/performer and later into a professional choreographer. As a Lead choreographer for Entertainment dept, he organized and choreographed several dance shows/corporate events during his tenure in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. He got trained in other dance forms like Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballroom under Adrea Gibbs, choreographer from U.S while working at Ramoji Film City. They together choreographed one of the biggest stage shows in the country named “The Spirit Of Ramoji Film City “which is still the highlight at the park.

Shiva has choreographed and performed with his crew in MAA T.V - Santosham Awards and worked on dance shows for other channels like Gemini T.V & Zee Telugu. He has also given live stage shows with India’s Top Singing stars like Kay Kay, Usha Uthup ,Shivamani and music band Aasma to name a few. His skills and experience got him opportunities to work as a Choreographer from even Tollywood movie Directors.

Shiv's Institute of Dance (SID) is located in Alpharetta, GA and SID's dance team has been performing at many community events like MMA, IACA, TAMA, FOI etc and won accolades at every place they performed so far.

SID's Achievements in 2010:

• 1st place in both Juniors & Seniors category at Sony TV's Boogie Woogie Dance competition held in Atlanta.
• 1st place in Juniors category at Gemini TV's NRI dance talent hunt "JOSH" which will be aired soon.
• 1st place in Maharashtra Mandal Jodi competition for Best Couple dance ( Adults ) for a Bollywood number.
